Baltazar "Bobby" Mendoza was born in El Paso, Texas on July 26, 1951. The son of Enrique Silva Mendoza and Amalia Hernandez Mendoza. Bobby grew up with his siblings; Lily Mendoza-Cornado (Richard), Ray Mendoza (Nena), Gloria Jarvis-Mendoza (Joe), Jose Mendoza (Esther), and Carol Mendoza-Moya (Henry).

Bobby went to school in El Paso and graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School where he played football and baseball.

He joined the U.S. Navy and was assigned to an aircraft carrier that supported the Vietnam war.

Bobby married Martha Martinez and had a son named Steven. Bobby loved kids and enjoyed playing sports. Bobby will be missed by all who knew him. Bobby had a Bible by his bed and read it until his illness would not allow. Rest-In-Peace Bobby.

A Funeral Mass to follow on Friday, July 18, 2025 at 1:00 P.M. at St. Joseph Catholic Church; 1791 Marshall Road in Vacaville, California.
