A funeral service for Barbara Emma Parker, 81, of Vacaville, will be 11:00 A.M. Thursday, July 8, 2021 at Vaca Hills Chapel 524 Elmira Road in Vacaville. Burial will follow at 1:15 P.M. at the Sacramento Valley VA National Cemetery in Dixon.
Barbara passed away on June 21, 2021 and was born on April 19, 1940. She was preceded in death by her husband Elbert. She is survived by her children and a host of extended family.
