Betty Nell Carmand

1934–2025

Beloved daughter of Thomas & Dorothy Williams, Betty passed away Tuesday, 24 June 2025 at the age of 91, in Vacaville, CA, where she resided for the last 8 yrs. She was born in Reidsville, S.C. on 7 February 1934. Betty retired from Rockland State Hospital in New York after 27 years of service.She was the last and eldest of 6 siblings.

Betty is survived by 3 children: Sarah Gales of Concord, N.C.; Willie Foster of Dover, Delaware; and Dorothy Williams of Vacaville, CA.4 grandsons; 6 great grandchildren.
