A Funeral Service for Billy R. Williams, 89 of Vacaville, will be 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at Vaca Hills Chapel Funeral Home. He will be laid to rest at the Vacaville-Elmira Cemetery. Monday evening, May 10 ^th there will be a viewing from 5-8 P.M. at Vaca Hills Chapel.

Billy served in the U.S. Air Force, achieving the rank of Senior Master Sergeant. A veteran of the Vietnam War, he earned a Bronze Star. He retired in 1976 after 24 years of honorable service.

Billy met his beloved wife Margaret in Witney, England and they were married on November 4, 1954 at St. Mary's Church Witney, England

Billy loved music. As a young man he sang and played guitar with his father on the radio. Throughout his military career, he had several bands and when off duty, Billy would entertain his fellow troops.

Billy was well traveled and enjoyed bowling with his wife.

He was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather and brother.

Billy is survived by his wife, Margaret Williams; son, Billy R. Williams and his daughter Treba (Trevor) and their kids, Chloe, McKenzie and Eli; daughter, Carol Myers and her kids Jesy, Justin, Victor (Nas) and Patrick (Julie) and their kids, Faith, Leah, Jayce and Sierra; son, Nicholas Williams (Lorene) and daughter Tammy and her kids Candie, D.J., Richie and great grandkids; daughter-in-law, Anne Williams. He is also survived by brother, Joe Benny, sister, Shirley Hazlip and a host of extended family.

He was preceded in death by his sons, James and Bobby and daughter-in-law, Susan.
