A Graveside Service for Charles Stephen Fouts, 72 of Fairfield, will be 1:30 P.M. Tuesday, August 6, 2019 at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery 5810 Midway Road in Dixon, California. Mr. Fouts passed away peacefully on July 25, 2019 in Fairfield. He was born in Indiana on March 24, 1947.
