Frank Brennan 82, of Vacaville passed away peacefully on Wednesday November 22. Frank was born in the Bronx, New York to Irish immigrants, Frank and Annie Brennan. He served 6 years in the Navy as a Seabee. Frank was a lieutenant in the New York City Fire Department and retired after 33 years of service. Upon his retirement he and the love of his love, Margie settled in Vacaville. He enjoyed golfing with the SIRS, bowling and being around his family. Frank was preceded in death by his wife of 52 years Margie as well as his sister Josie Walsh. He is survived by his children Maureen Allain (Jon), Frank (Melody), Kevin (Elana) and Peggy Creedon (D.J) sisters Mary Ford and Anna Maloney of Yonkers, NY as well as 8 grandchildren.
Visitation will be at the Vaca Hills Chapel, Vacaville on Monday December 4, 2017 from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm
A mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday December 5, 2017 at 10:00 am at St Mary's Catholic Church in Vacaville. A celebration of life will follow the service at St Mary's Parish hall. Internment will be held for Frank at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery on December 5, 2017 at 1pm. In lieu of flowers please consider a donation to the Vacaville Fire Department.
