On Wednesday, May 29, 2024 Chester Samuel Jimerson loving husband and father/grandfather passed away at 79 years old.

Chester was born on July 25, 1944 in Little Rock Arkansas. On April 28, 1978 he married his beloved wife, Maria A Jimerson.  Together they raise two children, Chester de Jesus and Maria Elena.

At 18 years old Chester proudly joined the United States Air Force. He was a self taught mathematical genius who then went to school and became an avionics electrician.  He devoted his lifelong career to serving our country.  He was admired by many and shared his knowledge, often teaching his colleagues along the way.

Chester is survived by his two children, Chester de Jesus (Sunita Rani) and Maria Elena, his two grandchildren, Aaron and Ryan, and his nephew, James Houser.

Chester loved his family dearly and will be missed by everyone who knew him.

A Funeral Service for Chester Samuel Jimerson will be 11:00 A.M. Monday, June 17, 2024 at Vaca Hills Chapel Funeral Home; 524 Elmira Road, Vacaville, CA 95687.

Burial to follow with be at 1:15 P.M at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery; 5810 Midway Road, Dixon, CA 95620.
