Cyndee passed away January 21, 2026, in Pembroke, Georgia. She was born in Vacaville, California on September 16,1971.

She graduated in 1989 from Vacaville high school and later studied business management at Cardinal Stritch University in Glendale, Wisconsin.

She was proud of her Italian heritage, was a devout Cowboys fan, enjoyed coaching youth soccer, followed the Savanah Banana baseball team and delighted in going to concerts through the years.

Cyndee was a woman of God and a much-loved member of Cross Way Worship Center in Pembroke, Georgia.

As a Star Team Leader in Mary Kay cosmetics, she loved helping women feel confident by teaching them about proper skin care and bringing out the beauty within. She discovered the joy of taking Mary Kay products to share at senior facilities and homeless shelters, empowering women through compassion and connection while building friendships one visit at a time.

Cyndee is preceded in death by her father, Billy Byron Beelard, paternal grandparents, Dorothy and Verne Beelard, cousin, Kevin Beelard, maternal grandparents, Barbara Rodarte and James Ames.

She leaves behind her beloved son, Joshua Rauch (Michelle), four wonderful grandchildren, Joshua's father, Mike Rauch, her mother, Diane Ames, her brothers Nicholas Tarnowski and Cody Tarnowski, Chris Walker and aunts, uncles, cousin, and other family members.

Cyndee's memorial will be held at

Vaca Hills Chapel,

524 Elmira Road, Vacaville, California

April 17, 2026, at 12:00 PM.

Interment will follow at the Vacaville-Elmira cemetery, 522 Elmira Road, Vacaville.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Mary Kay Ash Foundation at marykayashfoundation.org. This foundation funds cancer research and helps domestic violence shelters across the nation.
