Deborah Ann Wilson Anderson
March 3, 1956 – December 19, 2025

Deborah Ann Wilson Anderson, 69, of Vacaville, California, passed away on December 19, 2025, after a long and courageous battle with cancer.

Born on March 3, 1956, at Travis Air Force Base to parents Lewis Wilson and Rebecca Poff, Deborah grew up in the Fairfield area, moving frequently due to her father's Air Force career. She lived in Okinawa, Taiwan, and South Dakota before eventually returning to Travis Air Force Base, where she attended Fairfield High School. She later pursued her education at the University of California, Davis, graduating with a double major in Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science.

Deborah built a successful career as a mechanical engineer, contributing her skills and passion throughout her professional life. She accepted her first position with IBM in Tucson, Arizona, where her husband, Scott, joined her following his college experience at UC Davis.

Scott and Deborah were married on January 3, 1981. After college, Scott pursued his education in dentistry, which included a move to Tulsa, Oklahoma. Following dental school, they returned to California and settled in Pleasanton, where Scott continued his education at UCSF in orthodontics. During this time, Deborah worked for Hexcel and Biotrack, a medical device company. After 14 years in engineering, she transitioned into a full-time role as a devoted stay-at-home mother.

After many years of parenting, Deborah returned to work alongside Scott at his Castro Valley and Vacaville offices, including Creekside Orthodontics. There, she served as a trusted support in the practice and ultimately as the CFO of Creekside Orthodontics.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Deborah was deeply involved in her community. She was an active member and leader of Bible Study Fellowship (BSF), where she built meaningful relationships and guided others in their spiritual journeys. Her faith and compassion were foundational to her life, and she had a remarkable ability to make everyone feel seen and valued.

Deborah was a loving wife to Scott Anderson, and together they built a life filled with love, joy, and adventure. She is also survived by her mother, Rebecca Wolley; her stepfather, William "Bill" Wolley; and her three children, Kevin, Tim, and Corinne, as well as her son-in-law, Matthew. Deborah's family was her pride and joy, and she was known for her unwavering support, wisdom, and unconditional love.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Valley Church on January 31, 2026 at 1:30 p.m.
