Dennis Lee Partlow, Sr., 79, beloved husband, father and brother passed away peacefully after a fierce battle with multiple cancers on Tuesday, April 15, 2025. Dennis was born on May 14, 1945 in Monroe, Michigan. Dennis is survived by his beloved wife of more than 59 years, Patricia of Dunnigan, son Dennis Jr., of Vacaville, brother Bud and wife Shirley of Arizona, sister Judy and husband Ron (deceased) of Michigan, brother-in-law Frank and wife Laurie of Vacaville, numerous nieces and nephews, and his puppy Buster. Dennis is preceded in death by his mother and father Cecelia and Dale, and brothers Ted and Richard.

Dennis is a graduate of Vacaville High School, class of 1963. He was drafted to the Army in 1965 during the Vietnam War and stationed in South Korea with the 6th Medical Unit. After leaving the Army, he worked various jobs, ultimately being employed by Solano Irrigation District where he was Supervisor of Special Services and finally Safety Office, retiring in 2001 after 27+ years of dedicated service.

Dennis enjoyed to go camping and bowling. Both Dennis and Patricia actively volunteered with the American Cancer Society – Relay for Life and their Relay Team 'Spare to Care' for over 13+years. Dennis was on the Relay for Life Committee of Vacaville, and gave testimonials of his battles with cancers to different Relay for Life teams throughout Northern California.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery, 5810 Midway Road, Dixon on Thursday, May 15, 2025 at 12:30pm with a reception to follow.
