With hearts full of love and gratitude, we memorialize the life of Diana Lee Richardson, who joined the Lord on July 29th, 2024.

Diana was born on June 30th, 1958, in Los Angeles, California, to Lee Jacobson and Elisa Contreras. Diana was the eldest of four siblings raised in Chico, California, by her mother and the man she proudly called her father, Esteban Magana.

In Chico, Diana met David Richardson, and their devotion to God strengthened their bond. Married on November 11, 1978, Diana and David built a life together centered on their faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. They created a home filled with love and faith, raising their children, Daniel, Derek, and Rebecca.

In 1986, Diana's family relocated to Fairfield and later to Vacaville. By 1991, Diana found a special calling at the Vaca Valley Christian Life Center Church, where she dedicated herself to her passion for music. Her involvement in the church choir, worship team, and drama programs reflected her love of music and devotion to the Lord.

In her later years, Diana cherished her time with family, finding joy in family traditions like cherry picking in Brentwood, visiting Apple Hill in the fall, and making birthday and Christmas celebrations epic for her children and grandchildren.

Diana is survived by her husband, David Richardson; her children, Daniel, Derek, and Rebecca; and her grandchildren, Noah, Lucia, Nathan, Samuel, and Roise.

Though we miss Diana's presence, we find comfort in memorializing the life she lived and the love she shared. Her spirit lives on in the music, the memories, and the hearts of all who knew her.

A viewing for Diana Lee Richardson will be Tuesday, August 13, 2024 from 9:00 A.M - 10:30 A.M at The Mission Church; 6391 Leisure Town Road, Vacaville, California 95687.

Funeral service will start at 10:30 A.M.
