It is with deep sympathy that we announce the transition of Edith Richey, age 76, of Vacaville, CA, born in East St. Louis, Illinois, who entered into rest on Sunday, December 3, 2023. Edith was born on December 27, 1946 to Algia Lee Robinson and Joseph George Robinson.

Edith is survived by: her children Michele Richey, Angela Richey-Jackson, Yvette Richey, Christopher Richey; grandchildren Alexus Bennett, Sydney Thweatt, Brandon Thweatt, Journee Richey, Christine Richey, and Christopher Richey Jr.; siblings Joseph Robinson Jr., Douglas Robinson, Russell Robinson, Beverly Meriweather, Kim Robinson and a host of cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Edith was preceded in death by:  son Robert Lee Richey Jr.; parents Algia Lee Robinson and Joseph George Robinson; siblings Alberta Davis, Eugene Robinson, Linda Robinson and nephew Damien O'Dell Robinson. Edith will be dearly missed by family and friends.

Edith will rest in the St. Gabriel mausoleum at Glen Eden Memorial West, 35667 Eight Mile Rd, Livonia, Mi.
