On June 26, 2021, Elizabeth (Beth) Ann McFall, loving daughter, sister, friend, and mother, passed away at the age of 61.

Beth was born on February 11, 1960 in Youngstown, Ohio to Nettie Lee and John Martin Williams. She and her family relocated to California in the late 60's where she remained until her death.

Beth worked for the Solano Superior Courts and retired in 2015. Upon retirement, she took on a role as a caretaker for the elderly through Comfort Keepers. She also served her community in various roles at the Vacaville Elks Lodge, most recently serving as the Exalted Ruler.

In her free time, she enjoyed spending time with her many friends, shopping, and crafting. Beth was a talented artist. She was known for her wild creativity, elaborate handmade decorations for parties, and personalized gifts.

Beth is survived by her two children, James Santos (J.T.) and Abby Dowd as well as her brother Mark Williams.
