Eugene Hill was born on November 30, 1965 to the Union of Ely Hill and Charletter Hill. He was the 4th of six siblings. He was a devoted brother, a loving family member and a true friend

Eugene was educated in the West Contra Costa County school district and graduated from Gompers High School. While in high school, he studied different types of art and auto mechanics.

Eugene, a man of many passions loved playing many instruments and being a auto-mechanic. He could play the drums, trombone, horn, bass and electric guitar. He loved helping and protecting his family and being there for his friends in their time of need. He was always smiling and happy with a positive attitude.

Eugene is preceded in death by his brothers Kenneth Hill and Darrick "Ricky" Hill.

He leaves in loving memory to be cherished by his parents Ely Hill and Charletter Hill. His brother Ely Hill Jr., sisters Katherine Hill-Eave; Donneita Brooks. Nieces, Nasthassia Alvarez-Hill, Sabrina Doll, Arianna Stokes, Karlise Eave, Kayla Eave, Lashauna Hill, Deliah Lawson, Delicia Lawson; Nephew, Ely Hill V., brother-in-law Eli Eave, sister-in-law Andrienna Hill and God Son Bobby Taylor.

He will be missed by an extensive array of cousins, extended family and friends.
