A Mass of Christian Burial for Evelyn Dorish, 100 of Vacaville, will be 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, Oct. 25 ^th at Saint Joseph Catholic Church. Fr. Vincent O'Reilly will officiate. Tuesday evening, Oct. 24 ^th there will be a viewing from 5-8 P.M. with Rosary at 7:00 P.M. at Vaca Hills Chapel. She will be laid to rest at the Vacaville-Elmira Cemetery.

Evelyn passed away on the afternoon of Oct. 18 ^th . She was born on June 16, 1917 in Heidelberg, PA to the late Anthony and Martha Waypa.

Evelyn was a loving mother and grandmother. She was kind and gentle and led a spiritual life and loved her church. She was an Auxiliary Member of the Legion of Mary and Saint Joseph Church. She loved life, was good natured and loved to laugh and found joy in her family.

Evelyn is survived by her children, John Dorish (Myriam Frank) of New York, Marie Dorish of Vacaville, Veronica Heryla (Michael) of Las Vegas and Harold Dorish (Donna Erskine) of Bremerton, WA; 2 grandchildren, Sarah Heryla Dow (Anthony) of Las Vegas and Zachary Heryla (Breanna Nielsen) of Hillsboro, Oregon; 3 great grandchildren, Oceanna Heryla, Gabriel and Allison Dow; she is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of nearly 50 years, John; brothers and sisters, Michael, Nicholas, Andrew, Anna, Martha and Rosalie
