George Tsagaris, 69, of Vacaville, California passed away on February 12, 2025 after a brief fight with liver cancer. He was born on June 19, 1955 in Pireaus, Greece. George was an extrovert at heart who never met a stranger. His personality was passionate and captivating and he loved those he cared for deeply. George was an entrepreneur with a sharp and savvy mind for business. He started many successful businesses, some of which are still around today. George enjoyed gardening, building with his hands, and going fishing. He enjoyed the outdoors, snow, and spending quality time with those he loved. George loved to listen to Greek music, the Greek soccer team Olympiakos, watching western movies, Indiana Jones, and Superman. He will be greatly missed. George is survived by his wife Yuki (Yuqiong Rossitto), his daughter Kostandina Edwards, granddaughters Chevelle and Georgia, his son Michael Tsagaris, his stepson Jack (Sijie Lin), his sisters Angeliki Tsagaris, Despoina Vasileiou, Chrisoula Hatziargiroy and his brother Christos Tsagaris and also his nephews Lykourgos, Haralambos, Petros, Lysandros, Kostandinos, Haralambos and his nieces Eleni, Fotini, Garoufalia, Despoina and Kostandina. He is preceded in death by his parents Haralambos and Kostandina Tsagaris, and his brother Nikos.
