Harry Leroy Shultz, 85, passed away at home peacefully in his sleep with the love of his life, Mercedes Shultz, by his bedside on September 5, 2021.

He joined the US Navy on September 25, 1954 and retired after 26 years of faithful service as a Master Chief Petty Officer.

Born in Baltimore Maryland, he was the third of three children, born to Naomi Klein and Edgar Shultz. His parents and sister Jerry preceded him in death.

He is survived by his loving wife, Mercedes Shultz, sister Marlene Brady; daughters Rhodora (Douglas) Campbell Jr., Jayne (Felix) Ingram; 3 grandchildren Jeremiah (Rochelle) Claar, Danielle (Jameon) Avery, Jade Ingram; 10 great grandchildren; numerous nephews and nieces and various lifelong friends that he loved and considered family.

Visitation and viewing will be held at Vaca Hills Chapel Funeral Home from 7:00 – 10:30 A.M. on September 15, 2021 located at 524 Elmira Road, Vacaville, California 95687. Burial will immediately follow at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery located at 5810 Midway Road, Dixon, CA 95620 at 11:30 A.M.
