Helen Mar Gerlach, our beloved mother, wife and teacher passed away suddenly at her home on February 10, 2018. She was preceded in death by her parents, David and Helen Larkin and sister, Joyce Freeman.

Helen leaves behind her husband, Charles Gerlach; children, Kyong, Louisa and Allison; brother Lynn Larkin.

She will be remembered by her family and the many students, parents and fellow teachers she served for over three decades at Paden, Elmira and Orchard Elementary Schools.

A funeral service will be 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints 311 Alamo Drive Vacaville. Prior to the service a viewing will begin at 10:00 A.M. She will be laid to rest at the Vacaville-Elmira Cemetery.
