Howard E. Coghill Jr., 86 of Fairfield, passed away on March 26 ^th at Northbay Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born in Milton, Kentucky on February 28, 1933. Howard was an avid outdoorsman with a passion for fishing. He was a longtime business owner; Parkway TV, Warehouse Furniture and most recently, AAA Appliance Repair. He honorably served in the U.S. Air Force where he and his wife of 66 years, Leota Lawson Coghill were stationed throughout the world including Alaska and Japan.

Howard is survived by his loving wife, Leota; daughter and son-in-law, Terry and Lloyd Rose; daughter, Jackie Coghill; grandson, Zeb Coghill as well as numerous nieces and nephews in Kentucky and Indiana.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Geneva; granddaughter, Melissa McNaught; and two brothers, Norman Coghill and Robert Coghill.
