James Michael Miller, 77 of Vacaville, passed away on August 26, 2018. He was born in Iowa on December 13, 1940. He is survived by his beloved wife Patricia and family. He will be laid to rest at 9:30 A.M. Friday, August 31st at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery in Dixon. A Memorial Service will follow on Saturday, September 8, 2018 at 10:00 A.M. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints 311 Alamo Drive in Vacaville.
