Joachim (Joe) Rudiger Ude

"The Man"

Joe, 81, passed away peacefully on Oct 1, 2023 in Vacaville.

Joe is survived by his children, Linda Medley, Rodney Medley, Kenny Medley, David Medley, Keli Ude and many grandkids and great grandkids.

Joe was born on Feb 24,1942 in Germany and came to the United States at the young age of 17.

On Valentines Day 1968, he met Wilma Medley (our mom) and they enjoyed life together for over 50 years, until her passing in October 2017.

Joe was a welder/pipefitter by trade and he could build anything. He worked hard everyday to provide for his family and retired at the age of 42.

He will be laid to rest on Friday Oct 27, 2023 at Vacaville-Elmira Cemetery on Elmira Rd in Vacaville.

In lieu of flowers, we will have a beautiful card box for cards, letters and prayers.
