Joe Flores, lifelong resident of Vacaville, passed away on November 1 at the age of 68 following a long illness. Joe was born in Fairfield, California to parents Jesus and Mariana Flores. Joe worked in both the construction and retail industries for several years. He loved playing the drums and listening to music, classic cars and motorcycles, and all things Halloween. His annual Halloween party and elaborate costumes were always a big hit. Joe was also a talented artist.

Joe was preceded in death by parents Jesus and Mariana Flores, and brother Pascual "Pat" Flores. He is survived by brother Robert Flores and wife Sharon; brother Carlos Flores and wife Susan; brother Lou Flores and partner Val Axtell; brother Tony Flores and wife Teresa; and sister-in-law Mary Ann Flores, along with many nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Visitation and funeral service will be held at the Vaca Hills Chapel, 524 Elmira Road, Vacaville, CA, followed by burial at the Vacaville-Elmira Cemetery. Visitation will be held November 21 from 5:00-8:00 p.m.; funeral service on November 22 at 10:30 a.m.
