Josephine Balingoay, 73, passed away peacefully on July 25, 2023, Tuesday, at NorthBay Health VacaValley Hospital surrounded by close family. Josephine was born in Abra, Philippines. She was a devoted wife, loving mother and grandmother and a beloved member of her community. She is preceded in death by parents, Banig and Idot, and siblings Bonifacio and Sabina.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Sumulong; her children, Lemura, son-in-law Efren, Bryant, daughter-in-law Anne, and Verna, son-in-law John. She leaves behind 6 grandchildren, Justin, Shelly, Rhian, Kobe, Snow and Nathan. In addition, Josephine leaves her siblings, Milagros, Rosalina, Roberto, Apolinario, and Nelia along with many cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and numerous friends.

The service will be held in Vacaville, California, where we invite you to join us in celebrating Josephine's life on Earth. A viewing and religious service will take place at Vaca Hills Chapel on August 8, 2023, at 12:00-05:00PM with a reception to follow at the Bayongan's residence in Vacaville.
