Julian "Jay" Sommese, 83, passed peacefully at his home on July 26, 2023. Julian is survived by his wife, Sandy of 15 years, daughters, Tina Rowland (James), Lisa Nelson (Kurt), Jodi Danley (Shanan) and son, James Sommese (Angela) and his 10 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, and many other loving nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Preceded in death by his parents Julian & Josephine Sommese, brother Richard Sommese & his son Julian "Jay" Sommese.

After retiring from several decades in the elevator industry, a career he loved, he thoroughly enjoyed traveling and spending time with his family and friends.

A service and visitation will be held at Vaca Hills Chapel in Vacaville, CA at 10 AM – 11:30 AM Wednesday, August 9th, immediately followed by a lunch gathering at the Hilton Garden Inn, 2200 The Courtyard, Fairfield, CA 94533

A private, niche side gathering will be attended by immediate family only.
