Katie Lee Carlson, passed away unexpectedly on December 23, 2022 after a short illness. Katie was born on February 15, 1983 to John (Jack) and Marilyn Harbin Carlson.

Kate was loved and will be missed by so many. She is survived by her mother Marilyn, and the light of her life, son CJ. In addition to many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends that were family.

Katie lived the majority of her life in Vacaville, California. She was a 2000 graduate from Vacaville High School and a 2004 and 2006 graduate from CSU, East Bay with degrees in Kinesiology. At the time of her death, she was working as the Head of Accounting and Finance for Dr. Earth out of Vacaville. She loved her job and co-workers, and really enjoyed working close to home.

Katie was the best example of the Jackie Robinson quote: "A life is not important except in the impact it has on others lives."

Katie ensured that the impact she had on others was nothing less than a home run every time. Katie epitomized this not only through her efforts and support of the Bombers' players and their families, but literally everyone she came in contact with. Be it while; coaching, volunteering, cheering on CJ or someone else's child, or her favorite teams.

She was preceded in death by her father Jack.  While it breaks our hearts she is no longer with us, we take comfort knowing they are together cheering on their Packers, and know that she is forever watching over her mom, her son, and all the other family and friends she left behind.

At the request of her family, there will be no formal services. There will be a celebration of life at a later date.
