Keith David Thomas
May 23, 1936 - February 13, 2026

Keith David Thomas passed away peacefully on February 13th at his home in Vacaville, California.

He was born May 23, 1936 in London, England, as the only child of Welsh parents, Harry and Gwyneth Thomas. Keith's father served in the British military and Keith lived in London with his mother until shortly after the World War II bombings over London began. At that point, Keith, age three, was evacuated by train to Scotland where he stayed with relatives for several years. Later, he returned to London to live with his mother.

As a teenager, Keith apprenticed in the printing industry and later served in the British Army.
After his tour in the British Army ended, he followed his mother and stepfather to Sacramento, California to pursue new opportunities.

Keith worked in the printing industry, the cosmetology industry and met and married his wife Debra in the bay area. They were married in 1981 and were married for 44 years, raised two beautiful daughters and have two adorable grandsons.

Keith was an absolute "people person"; he loved talking to people from all walks of life and became instant friends with everyone he met. He had a wonderful sense of humor which he maintained even through illness until his passing.

He is deeply loved and will be deeply missed.

There will be a funeral prayer service at Vaca Hills Chapel on Thursday, March 12th at 12:00 p.m., an interment at the Vacaville Elmira Cemetery at 1:00 p.m. and a reception at Pietro's #2 Restaurant, 679 Merchant Street, Vacaville at 2:30 p.m.
