Lorraine Constance Balbi, 72, of  Vacaville, California, passed away on Monday, December 23, 2019.

Lorraine is survived by her daughter, Gina M. Hipwood and husband Peter; son, Robert C. Martinez; daughter, Stephanie D. Estrada and husband John; daughter Melissa L. Davi-Norris and husband Matt; 12 grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

She will be most remembered for her love of family and her sense of humor. She was a loving Mother and Grandmother who will be greatly missed by all. In her spare time, she loved to draw and paint, mostly portraits of children and animals.

A Service and celebration of life service will be held at 1 pm on Saturday, January 18 at Orchard Baptist Church, 301 N Orchard Ave, Vacaville, CA 95688. A reception will follow the service, in the church's reception room.
