Lorraine Monica De Santis

January 1, 1965 – April 2, 2018

Our beloved daughter Lorraine died April 2, 2018 at VacaValley Hospital intensive care unit of end stage kidney failure. She was 53 years old. Lorraine was born in Atlantic City, New Jersey on January 1, 1965 and moved to California when she was 2 years old. Lorraine earned her accounting degree at Ventura College in Southern California and worked for a large department store until her illness overcame her. She lived with her parents Armand and Erika in Vacaville. Lorraine enjoyed singing, reading, traveling, and camping. She liked to cook and was a great baker. Her beloved dog Marty was always at her side comforting her.

Lorraine is survived by her parents, sister Monica (Darrell) Olsen of Las Vegas, Nevada, Uncle Heinz (Janette) Wahl, cousin Erik Wahl of Las Vegas, Nevada, and cousin Rachel Wahl of Ventura, California, Aunt Rose (Frank) Genovese of Woodenville, Washington, cousin Christopher Genovese of Washington D.C., and grandmother Leona Wahl of Marlton, New Jersey.

A private mass will be held on April 11, 2018 at Saint Joseph Catholic Church in Vacaville celebrating her life. Lorraine was a great joy to her family, her friends and everyone who knew her. She was very much loved and will be greatly missed.
