Luis M. Caragan Jr. passed away on the morning of February 11, 2018 in Sacramento. He was born in the Philippines on September 18, 1950. There will be a viewing from 5-8 P.M. Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at Vaca Hills Chapel. A funeral service will follow on Thursday, February 22, 2018 at 11:30 A.M. also at Vaca Hills Chapel. Burial with military honors will follow the funeral at 1:30 P.M. at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery 5810 Midway Road in Dixon, California.
