Obituary

In loving memory of our mother who passed away at the age of 84 on January 23, 2022. Mom was born on August 3, 1937 in Witney, England. She had a sister Mary and brother John. She would marry our father in Witney, England on November 4, 1954. Our father, the late Billy R. Williams, a military policeman, would then move her to the United States, where they would have 4 children and one more while stationed in Germany. Her surviving children are Carolyn Meyer (Keith), Billy Williams (Suzy) and Nicholas (Lorraine). She had grandchildren; Jesy Stark (Maranda), Justin Stark (Teresa), Victor LaRocco (Nastassya), Patrick Olshefski (Julie), Treba Williams (Trevor); great grandchildren, Faith, Leahnayh, Jayce, Sierra (Little Margaret), Cloe, McKinnsey, Eli, Felicia, and Tammy; and many more cousins.

Mom was very creative. She loved to sew, knit, crochet, draw, paint and make jewelry. She would like to share some of her crafts to you at her Celebration of Life. No one left her house without a knitted beanie or something she had made.

Mom worked for Levi for many years. In her earlier years, she did commercials for companies like Palmolive. She loved country music and classic music. She loved to go and dance at clubs our Dad's band would play at.

She raised her children with a lot of love, kind words, and encouragement to succeed. She made sure we all made it through school and into college. She would later become a tutor for children. We always traveled and did a lot of activities as a family. She loved and enjoyed her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her 2 children Bobby Williams and Richard Williams. Now she can go be with our dad, Billy, her husband of 67 years who we lost on April 29, 2021. We miss you so much our wonderful loving parents.

There will be a viewing for Margaret from 5-8 P.M. on Wednesday, February 9, 2022 at Vaca Hills Chapel followed by a funeral service at Noon on Thursday, February 10, 2022 also at Vaca Hills Chapel. She will be laid to rest at the Vacaville-Elmira Cemetery.
