Marsha "Lefty" Mundy, 65, passed away at her Vacaville home on July 31, 2017 after a brief illness.  Marsha was born Aug. 11, 1951 to Kenneth and Phyllis (Jones) Mundy in Bedford, Indiana.

Marsha's greatest loves were softball, music, camping and her family & friends.  She is a unique woman whose loyalty ran deep and is well known for her exceptional softball skill and that she, a lefty, used a right-hand glove.  She would move mountains to help those in need.  Her tough exterior hid a beautifully warm soul.  She will be missed by all that knew her.

She is survived by her daughter, Dusty Boone-Cheatham (Fairfield); best friend & companion, Lori Meirowsky; sisters, Brenda Knight (Nevada), Janet Collier (Fairfield); brothers, David (Colorado), Lee (Vacaville); grandchildren, Richard & Jordan (Cintas), Tanner (Borelli); great-grand daughter, Jayden Mosley; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Stephen.

Friends and family are invited to a Celebration of Life held in Marsha's honor from

1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 20, 2017 at Laurel Creek Park, 2986 Gulf Dr., Fairfield, CA.
