On Thursday, November 19, 2020, Mary Louise Dyer, loving wife and mother of two daughters, passed away peacefully at age 71. Mary was born on January 1, 1949 in Gernlinden, Germany to Rosbel and Louise (Ebenbeck) McMillon. She was their only child. They moved to the United States in 1957 and lived in Fairfield, CA. Mary graduated from Armijo High School in 1967. On February 3, 1968, she married her life-long love, Steven Wayne Dyer. They raised two daughters, Radene and Stephanie.Mary loved life and always had a smile on her face. She loved listening and dancing to Motown music. She always put her family first with compassion and unconditional love. Her grandchildren and great-grandchild meant everything to her and she held them close to her heart. She loved to hear them call her Gaga, Oma or Nana. Mary was preceded in death by her father, Rosbel (Mac). She is survived by her mother, Louise; her husband, Steve; her two daughters, Radene and Stephanie; her grandsons, Joseph and Blake; her granddaughters, Courtney, Abigail, Claire and Ella Jeane; and great-grand-daughter, Brooklyn. A visitation will be held on Monday, December 7, 2020 at Vaca Hills Chapel Funeral Home from 5 to 8 p.m. Her Rosary is scheduled for Tuesday, December 8 at 10:30 am and her funeral service will follow at 11:00 am.Mary's family is asking for donations to be made to the UC Davis Health Hospice Program in lieu of flowers.
