On September 20, 2022, Michael was granted his angel wings. He was born December 31, 1953 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Bubba, or Uncle Mike, as he was known by many, had a love of working on vehicles; and if he couldn't fix something, he would research and find someone to do it. He was well known throughout town, often stopping and telling stories with many of the businesses and people he would run into. Those that knew Bubba, knew of his knowledge of mechanics and passion for helping others. Most of the time you'd find him working on a vehicle from sun up to sun down. He had a wealth of expertise and was the first person to call for help. He was the mechanic for many family and friends. Michael attended school at Holy Spirit and continued on to Fairfield High before his military career with a couple tours in Vietnam; then worked in the Refineries before retiring.
He is survived by his son Michael Donnelly Jr.(Samantha) and Darlene Serra, girlfriend Stella Caldwell, sisters Patricia Brackett, Deborah Donnelly, Sharon Bernard (Al) and brother Scott Donnelly (Tanya). Many nieces, nephews; as well as extended families and everyone who was touched by his life. May you rest in peace in heaven with Mom, Dad and Kurtis.
