Mimi Quinn, age 81, died on Monday, September 9, 2019 at 3:30 A.M. in the loving and caring community of Vacaville Convalescent and Rehabilitation Center. She was born in Brooklyn, New York to Aurelio and Lillian (Molloy) Caime and was the oldest of two children. Mimi had two children, Denise and Fred, six grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, a sister, Val and three nephews. She built a trimaran and sailed from Half Moon Bay to The Canal Zone, Panama. She was an actress, a model and an accountant of 40 years. She was a loving and dedicated mother and grandmother. She was a scuba diver and instructor and enjoyed her freedom to be adventurous. Mimi will be remembered as a bright and shining light in the various communities she served. Funeral services will be held privately for family and close friends. A Celebration of Life will be scheduled in the Bay Area at a later date.
