Ralph J. Phillips, 82 of Grass Valley, passed away peacefully surrounded by family at his granddaughter's residence in Vacaville on March 31, 2018. He was born in Madison, Wisconsin on November 27, 1935 to Ralph and Alyce Phillips. Ralph was a loving and devoted family man. He is survived by his beloved wife of 63 years, Jackie Phillips; daughters and son, Linda Kay Brooks (Earl), Janice Barker, Jim Philllips (Michele) and Jaye Jaye Phillips; 8 grandchildren, Staci, Nicole, Sheri, Casey, Brian, Jennifer, Aaron and Bradly; He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren, multiple siblings and a host of extended family and friends. There will be a celebration of life for Ralph on Tuesday, April 17​th​ at 11:00 A.M. at Orchard Avenue Baptist Church 301 N. Orchard Avenue in Vacaville. Following the service, he will be laid to rest at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery in Dixon at 3:00 P.M.
