Retired Msgt. Clarence Eugene Hawkins passed away peacefully on November 22, 2019. He was born in Maryland on October 9, 1937 to Aquilla and Mary Hawkins.

There will be a viewing for Clarence on December 10, 2019 at 10:00 A.M. followed by a funeral service at 11:00 A.M. at Vaca Hills Chapel Funeral Home 524 Elmira Road in Vacaville. He will be laid to rest at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery in Dixon, California.
