Rhoda Welling Williams

January 2, 1921 – October 6, 2017

Rhoda Welling Williams, affectionately known as Grammy, passed away on the evening of October 6, 2017. Born on January 2, 1921 in Cowley, Wyoming. Resident of Yuba City since 1941 until moving to Vacaville to be closer to her daughter and her family.

Grammy was a loving devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She enjoyed singing and was a talented seamstress. She was an active member of the LDS church and has touched the lives of many youth throughout her life.

She is survived by her daughter, Sandra Henrikson (Mark); son, Robert Williams (Patricia); grandchildren, Candace, Vincent, Aaron, Sarah, Angel and Nicole; she is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, sisters, Renee and Donna and extended family.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Frances "Fritz" Williams and 7 siblings.

There will be a viewing Saturday, October 14 ^th from 5-7 P.M. at Vaca Hills Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral service to follow on Sunday at 3:00 P.M. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints 311 Alamo Drive. She will be laid to rest on Monday, October 16 ^th at Sierra View Memorial Park in Olivehurst at 11:00 A.M.
