A Celebration of Life for Robert "Bob" McQueen will be 1:00 P.M. Sunday, January 13th at the Elmira Fire House 6080 A Street in Elmira. Bob was a vivacious, fun loving person that had a personality that was larger than life. Bob was the "Toxic Terminator" in the wrestling ring.
A Security guard in Harrah's Reno-He was so proud.He worked in RTD in Chevron for 17 years.
He represented Budweiser in Hill Climbing on his Honda 450XR.He worked for Penske Logistics with a goal to get into racing.
And he was most proud of his time volunteering for the Fire Department,He worked out of Vacaville County Vine Street Fire Department.
He also worked out of the Rodeo Volunteer Fire Department.He served with pride! Bob became disabled and a Retired Firefighter in 1998.
Bob got married on September 18, 1999. He spend the next 19 years enjoying life in between Hospital visits.
He loved Motor sports beyond all else. Every year he would travel to see either car or motorcycle races.
He never forgot his time in Reno and yearly would visit either Las Vegas or Reno!
He leaves behind a wife, Michele McQueen; sister and Brother-in-law, Suzanne and Joseph Fiori;niece, Rebecca Kallios, and his nephew, John Fiori.
He will be greatly missed!
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to his family to offset hospital expenses.
