Rose Agnes Knox was the 3rd child of Cecilia and Artemio Pangelinan, and she was born a proud Chamorro on the Island of Guam. Her active duty US Air Force father served for 20 years, and the family moved to bases all over Europe and the U.S. She attended DoD schools and was a cheerleader, an award-winning civil servant, a medical transcriptionist, and a loving mother.

Her years of constantly moving overseas as child and teenager instilled in Rose a deep patriotism, the gift of making friends quickly, and the ability to adapt to any situation she found herself in.  She had a positive attitude, an infectious laugh, and a generous heart.

She will be much missed by her surviving family, her brother, sisters, niece, nephews, and cousins.
