In Loving memory of Rose Mary Norman

October 24, 1941 - May 8, 2025

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Rose Mary Norman. Who left this world on May the 8th of 2025. At the age of 84. Rose Mary Adams was born October 24th, 1941 in Sacramento, California, the cherished daughter of James and Virginia Adams.

Rose Mary was known for her unwavering doting love of her grandchildren. Her compassion for the needy & special needs, her dedicated hard work ethics and her adoring love for lobster tails, encouraging her hilarious, self coined nickname as "lobster Rose" and her infectious enjoyment of a good celebration.

Rose Mary is survived by her husband of 63 years, Billy Norman Sr. and her children, Billy Jr., Daren, Scotty, Kevin, Tara and daughter in-laws Stacey & Erika and her 16 grandchildren and 15&1/2 Great-Grandchildren. And, 3 sisters Virginia, Beulah and Anna.

She was proceeded to heaven by her parents, James and Virginia Adams and her sisters, Frances, Helen, Mae, Barbara, Juanita and her brothers, Jimmy, Johnny, Arzie, Donald, Stanley and her grandson, Abraham and her daughter in-laws Debbie and Bridget. Her Daddy & Mama escorted her home.

A Memorial Service will be held for Rosemary Norman on Monday, June 16, 2025 at 11:30 AM at Vaca Hills Chapel Funeral Home; 524 Elmira Road in Vacaville, CA.

A Graveside Service to follow on Monday, June 16, 2025 at 1:30 P.M. at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery; 5810 Midway Road in Dixon, CA.

A Reception to follow the Graveside Service on  Monday, June 16, 2025 at 2:30 P.M. at the Vacaville Moose Lodge; 6585 Gibson Canyon Road, Vacaville, CA.
