Rowena "Felix" Leialoha Kanoelani Agbigay, 25, of Vacaville, California passed away on October 31st, 2023. She was born on January 26th, 1998 in NorthBay Medical Center to parents JoAnne and Elliot Agbigay.

Rowena is survived by her parents Joanne and Elliot "Duke" Agbigay; grandparents Mona Agbigay, Benrardo Agbigay, Josephine Elvenia; siblings Edward, Kalani, Daniel; sister-in-laws April and Arijana; future neice.

Rowena graduated from Will C Wood high school and went on to complete some college at Solano Community College. She was employed as a sales associate. In her free time, Rowena enjoyed playing games at the local game shop, family game nights, attending music festivals (especially EDM and K-pop), baking, watching anime, and was heavily involved with the LDS Church.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 9th at 1pm at the Jesus Christ Church of Latter-Day Saints at 311 Alamo Dr. in Vacaville, CA. A burial and luncheon reception will follow the service.

Rowena brought joy to many through her passions, faith, and time with family. She will be dearly missed by all those who knew her. The family expresses their deep appreciation for the outpouring of support during this difficult time.
