Stella P. Roybal

December 26, 1917 – May 10, 2019

Stella P. Roybal passed away peacefully after a brief cancer related illness on May 10, 2019. She was a resident of Vacaville Convalescent and Rehabilitation Center at the time of her passing.

Stella was the loving daughter of Marcelino Padilla and Stella Ortiz Padilla from Santa Fe, New Mexico. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Roybal was preceded in death by her husband Gilbert M. Roybal and daughter, Betty Jean Rodriguez.

She is survived by daughters, Helen Moriyama and Cecilia Lokey; sons, Ralph Sevier and James Sevier; 12 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

There will be a Rosary at 7:00 P.M. Wednesday, May 15 ^th at Vaca Hills Chapel Funeral Home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, May 17 ^th at 10:00 A.M. at St. Mary's Catholic Church. Mrs. Roybal will be laid to rest with her husband at the Santa Fe National Cemetery in New Mexico.
