Thomas "Tom" A. Lutz, 69, resident of Vacaville, CA passed away on June 15, 2023, after short illness. Tom grew up in Pinole, CA where he graduated from Pinole Valley High School in 1972. Upon graduation Tom began fishing on the commercial fishing vessel, "Tiffany," with his parents and siblings until the vessel was sold; this experience began his passion of fishing.

Tom held multiple jobs in his career, and after completing over 30 years of service he retired as Warehouse Manager with National Gypsum's Richmond facility. He could not wait to retire to become an avid bass fisherman. Tom fished anytime he could and was a member of Delta Bass Masters.

Tom is survived by his wife, Debra Lutz and son, Paul Lutz of Crescent City. He is also survived by brother, William Lutz, Bakersfield, and sisters, Rhonda Renoude and Karen Heeren, both of Vacaville along with a half-brother, Donald J. Lutz, of Redding, and a half-sister, Donna Bishop, of Shingletown, along with several nieces and nephews.

The family will be having a private "Celebration of Life" in August to share stories and remembrances of Tom's life.
