Tipton Mullins (Tip), a proud veteran of the US Army, passed peacefully away at home after a long illness
on October 26, 2022. He was 75.

Tip was the son of Kate and Claud Mullins. He was born on December 27, 1946, in Santa Paula, CA. He
graduated from Santa Paula Union High School in 1964.

At the age of 20, Tip enlisted in the US Army and attained the specialty of Military Policeman. He earned
the National Defense Service Medal – Expert (Rifle). Upon his return from Germany, he spent many
years as an Auto Body Repairman and later running an Auto Body Shop. He then moved to work many
years for State Farm Insurance as an Auto Estimator, and then was promoted to an Auto Estimating
Supervisor position.

Tip is survived by his wife and best friend, Tammy Mullins, of 41 years, and his two children, Mike
Mullins and Crystal Mullins. Tip is also survived by a sister, Vesta Hunt, and 3 brothers, Ronald, Donald,
and Barry Mullins.

A grave site service honoring Tip's life and military service will be held on Tuesday, November 15, 2022,
at 11:00 a.m., at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery on 5810 Midway Road, Dixon, CA 95620.

Immediately following the services, all are welcome to gather at Tip & Tammy's home for food,
refreshments and sharing memories. Address is 350 Millbrook Ct, Vacaville, CA 95687.

respect, and for the level of comfort they provided to us during this difficult final chapter of his life.
