Tsao(Terry) Tsu Bickel passed away on December 21, 2022, at the age of 85.

Tsao(Terry) was born Dec. 3, 1937 to parents, Shui-Chin Liao and Pan A-Wae Liao. She was born and raised in Hualien, Taiwan.  Tsao(Terry) also graduated from Hualien All Girls High School.  Tsao(Terry) then married Anthony Bickel and moved to the United States in 1962 at the age of 25. She was an entrepreneur at heart. During her life in the U.S., she was the owner of 2 beauty salons and Terry's Imports; graduated from 2 culinary schools(London and San Francisco); then retired as a home health nurse

Tsao(Terry) enjoyed her retired life by taking long walks to the grocery store down Elmira Road as well as chatting with her neighbors and community. She loved making peanut brittle and wontons for her friends and family.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Shui-Chin Liao and Pan A-Wae Liao; son in law, Danny Ivie;

Tsao(Terry) is survived by her daughters, Hsuei-Shian Liao of Sacramento, CA, Terri Lynn (Jerry) Sevey of Vacaville, Pam Kay (Mark) Smith of Vacaville, grandsons, Tony (Mandy) Ivie of Vacaville, Cory (Cammie) Fugere of Vacaville, granddaughters, Samantha (Chris) Swift of Vacaville, Jessica (Chad) Ingram of Yerington, NV, Jamie Smith of Vacaville, Leah Sevey of Vacaville, great grandchildren, Raylynn Swift, Mya Swift and Anthony Swift of Vacaville, Parker Simon, Kane Ivie and Dean Ivie of Vacaville, Charles Ingram V of Yerington, NV and Landon Nelson of Vacaville. Several brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews from Taiwan and many friends.
