Wanda L. Frizza, nee Jones, passed away on December 7, 2019 surrounded by her son, family and friends. She was born in Renton, Washington on August 31, 1954 to Robert and Dorothy Jones. She was a Vacaville resident graduating from Vacaville High School.

Wanda was passionate about her career as a registered nurse. She worked in various areas of nursing until her retirement from Sutter VNA as a Hospice nurse. Wanda had a strong Christian faith and was active at Solano Valley Church and was loved and adored by all.

What brought Wanda the most joy was her beloved son Nick and granddaughter, Macy who she often referred to as the "Light of my life".  Macy was a gift from God and the joy she brought into Wanda's life was immeasurable.

Wanda is survived by son Nick Jones; granddaughter, Macy; brothers, Norman Jones and Jeffrey Jones; sister, Mary Perkins; step sister and brother, many nieces and nephews and niece Cindy who was like a sister to her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Son's father Joseph Grannen, brothers, Robert and Earl Jones and sister Helen Rathbun.

A Funeral Service for Wanda will be 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, December 17, 2019 at Solano Valley Church 1307 Oliver Road in Fairfield.  After the service, she will be laid to rest at the Vacaville-Elmira Cemetery.
