William Edward Cramer, 59, passed away on the evening of October 11, 2017 in Vacaville , CA . He was born in Albany , New York on February 24, 1958 to Albert and Bernice Cramer. He worked for the Times Union as a mailer and was a Teamsters Local 126 Union member for 26 years .and served two terms as Recording Secretary of Local 126. Bill was a current member of Local 315. Bill was a loving and devoted husband , father, brother, uncle and friend . He was quick to tell a great story and enjoyed rocking out with karaoke ; he loved juggling , magic ,telling jokes , being in the garden and music . He had a great passion for "treasure" hunting . He is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Kathy Cramer; sons, Michael (Kristen) , Mark . Additional family includes ; Nicholas , Melissa & Isabella Schetzel . Uncle Allen (Sue), Aunt Alice Cordato and Aunt Janice Nelson . Brothers… Albert Cramer ,James Cramer & Michael Cramer (Sharon) , Sisters …. Lois Cramer and Lorrie Cramer/Toohey (Fred) and several nieces and nephews as well as several great nieces and nephews . He was preceded in death by his daughter Jennifer Lynn , parents Albert and Bernice (Platner) Cramer , Grandmother Ruth , sister Karen Cramer Christensen and niece Tanya Williams . His family will continue to love and honor his memory.
