William Robert Wharton, 85 of Vacaville, passed away on the morning of December 7, 2020. He was born on February 7, 1935 to Merle and Katherine Wharton in California. There will be a viewing on Wednesday, December 16, 2020 from 8:15 A.M. to 9:30 A.M. at Vaca Hills Chapel following COVID-19 guidelines in place. He will be laid to rest in a private ceremony at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery in Dixon.
